Pseudagrion inconspicuum is a species of damselfly in family Coenagrionidae. It is found in Angola, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Malawi, South Africa, Zambia, and possibly Tanzania. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland, rivers, and swamps.
